CANCELLATION POLECY
Car rental, sightseeing Tours and adventure tours operate in rain or shine, or even on cloudy conditions. Customers cannot cancel a tour based on their own assumption that the weather represents a risk, or simply because they wish to do a tour on a sunny day, and still expect a refund.
A minimum of 7 days notice for cancellation is required to avoid being charged in the full amount
Any cancellation made less than 7 days prior to the tour date, a full charge will be applied (NOT REFUNDABLE)
A refund will be made in full if the cancellation has been made at least 7 days before the tour date, but we will keep 15 % from the total amount as a Bank administration fee.
HOW TO BOOK
Customers can book their tours straight through our Booking Forms, which can be found on every tour page of our website. After choosing the tour, just click on the BOOK NOW button, displayed on each tour page. Customers will need to fill out the form and then pay as the total amount stated.
The booking forms may vary a little from tour to tour, but all of them will have the basic information request, such as CUSTOMER’S NAME, TOUR, TOUR DATE, PICK UP ADDRESS, NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS and DEPARTING TIME.

1. Why Book With Blue Water Express?
BlueWater Express is the oldest operator in the speedboat sector in the Gili Islands and was a pioneer in the industry in 2006. We are therefore very experienced with regard to the sea conditions and the concerns of the passengers and give top priority to comfort and safety. We are the only provider offering multiple departure locations (south of Bali and East of Bali), which is very popular for passengers planning a return trip from southern Bali via the Gili Islands to return to central Bali (e.g. Ubud) via Padang Bai.
We are not a mass operator and would, therefore, like to offer our customers a more personal “shop” service. In the (very rare) case of delays or cancellations, we always take care of our customers as well as possible and ensure that you arrive at your destination within a reasonable time, depending on the situation. We also offer partial refunds when passengers are transferred to other operators. For more information, see Cancellations Due to Bad Weather (Q. 19).
2. How should I make a reservation & Pay for ticket
Online is the best option where we offer live availability and instant confirmation. All you have to do is select your route and date and enter the information provided. Payment is made simply by credit card or PayPal. Alternatively, you can call our reservation numbers at any time from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. or visit one of our offices. We do not recommend arriving without a reservation as we often fill up at peak times.
For certain last minute reservations (e.g. by telephone the day before) we can offer the option of payment on departure.
3. Can I Book Through A Tour Desk After I Arrive In Bali?
We strongly advise against using small tour offices in Bali, Gilis, and Lombok. Book directly with us for the best discounts and reliable information. Many small kiosks are unlicensed and you have no chance of a refund if something goes wrong, and poor communication is common – for example, people are booked on the wrong boat. It is strongly recommended to book directly with or through a reputable travel agency.
4. Which Departure Point Or Route Is The Best For Me?
Please see on the map: If you are staying in the south of Bali, departure/arrival at Serangan Island. If you are coming/going to the east or the center of Bali, the port of Padang Bai is a better option.
Please note that the sea travel time to and from Padang Bai is one hour shorter than Serangan, so seasick people may wish to take this into account when planning their trip.
Please also note that we only deposit at Gili Trawangan, Gili Air and Teluk Kode on mainland Lombok. If you go to Gili Meno, you can easily get a local boat from Gili Air or Gili Trawangan.
5. Will You Pick Me Up And Drop Me Off At My Hotel In Bali?
Yes, we have a good fleet of luxury air-conditioned minibusses in Bali. See map below for details on free hotel pickup and drop-off in the most popular areas. For areas that are not included free of charge, we can arrange a private transfer.

How long The Boat Trip and The Road Trip To/From The Harbour?
This depends on the time of day and how many guests are picked up and dropped off. In the early morning (8:00 a.m. departure), the journey time from Kuta – Seminyak (west coast of Bali) to Serangan Island is less than 30 minutes after the last guests have been picked up. The return trip to your hotel in Bali or the departure at 11 a.m. in Serangan (only in high season) may take a little longer as traffic increases during the day.
It takes approximately 1 hour from central Bali to Padang Bai (departure from East Bali) after the last guest has been picked up at 8:00 a.m. for the early departure, and slightly longer for delivery and departure at 1:00 p.m.
BOOK & PRICE DETAILS
*Please note that the port authorities require all boats to receive port clearance from Bangsal on Lombok, after departing from Gili Trawangan. We are not allowed to sail to Bali direct from Gili Trawangan.
