- Payment for extra time or others will collected by cash in Indonesian Rupiah ( IDR ) at the end of the trip by the driver.
CANCELLATION POLECY
Car rental, sightseeing Tours and adventure tours operate in rain or shine, or even on cloudy conditions. Customers cannot cancel a tour based on their own assumption that the weather represents a risk, or simply because they wish to do a tour on a sunny day, and still expect a refund.
A minimum of 3 days notice for cancellation is required to avoid being charged in full amount
Any cancellation made less than 3 days prior to the tour date, a full charge will be applied (NOT REFUNDABLE)
A refund will be made in full if the cancellation has been made at least 3 days before the tour date, but we will keep 15 % from the total amount as a Bank administration fee.

Customers can book their tours straight through our Booking Forms, which can be found on every tour page of our website. After choosing the tour, just click on the BOOK NOW button, displayed on below middle side of each tour page. Customers will need to fill out the form and then pay as the total amount stated.
The booking forms may vary a little from tour to tour, but all of them will have the basic information request, such as CUSTOMER’S NAME, TOUR, TOUR DATE, PICK UP ADDRESS, NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS and DEPARTING TIME.
