Bali Honest driver/Tour condition

• All of our tour are started from Bali, any special request can be discussed with us.
• All tour are in private car with fully air-conditioned car.
• Tour prices are clear,mean NO HIDDEN CHARGE
• The price of tour includes: Full AC Car, English Speaking Driver, Gasoline
• For booking tour can made via online by submit your tour request in our website, we will reply via email for the details trip you request after received your inquiry
• If you are in Bali, can do booking also via phone call by dial our number at +6287814143000, or can do booking via Whatsapp in this number +6281338488188, then we’ll pick up as our timing schedule.
• Payment made by cash payment upon pick up by our Tour Driver, can accepted either in US$ and Rupiah or others currency Based on latest exchange rate. For online payment only through PayPal
• Cancellation fee to 50% of the TOTAL payment will be charged if a confirmed booking is cancelled within one month prior to clients arrival
• No-Show charge of 100% of the TOTAL Tour Price will be levied if pax no show upon their confirmed arrival date

PRICE
All prices which is presented for service and product can change and the price not final yet until full payment of service and product pertinent accepted.

Bali Honest Driver Payment Method

CASH PAYMENT

• Most of our guests choose cash payment on the day of the tour, you can do this cash payment, we will collect for payment when you start the tour on the day itself

BANK TRANSFER

• Payment can also be made via bank transfer, after the booking is confirmed, we will send an invoice along with a bank account to make the payment

PAYPAL

• Payment can also be made using the Paypal system, after the booking is confirmed, we will send you an invoice along with paypal details for payment and Must be +5% as a Paypal Fees

Cancellation Policy:

1. Car rental, sightseeing Tours, and adventure tours operate in rain or shine, or even in cloudy conditions.
2. Customers cannot cancel a tour based on their own assumption that the weather represents a risk, or simply because they wish to do a tour on a sunny day, and still expect a refund.
3. A minimum of 2 days’ notice for cancellation is required to avoid being charged the full amount
4. Any cancellation made less than 2 days prior to the tour date, a full charge will be applied (NOT REFUNDABLE)
5. A refund will be made in full if the cancellation has been made at least 2 days before the tour date, but we will keep 15 % of the total amount as a Bank administration fees

TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is advised that all travelers should purchase adequate travel insurance at the time of booking flights.

RULE OF ADDITION
Additional rule and condition valid for ordering, purchasing of service and product and other exploiting from the part of this site, and you agree to obey other terms and conditions, including additional terms and condition that is occurred in its bearing with certain service and product.

LAW AND JURISDICTION
Terms and condition, performance and all arising out dispute from or in its relation with conditions and this rule is set by law of Indonesia. You herewith agree and bow to jurisdiction of non-exclusive justice of Republic Of Indonesia in all arising out question and controversy from or in its relation with conditions and rule, performance and usage of this site.
