CANCELATION POLICY
- Car rental, sightseeing Tours and adventure tours operate in rain or shine, or even on cloudy conditions. Customers cannot cancel a tour based on their own assumption that the weather represents a risk, or simply because they wish to do a tour on a sunny day, and still expect a refund.
- A minimum of 2 days notice for cancellation is required to avoid being charged in full amount
- Any cancellation made less than 2 days prior to the tour date, a full charge will be applied (NOT REFUNDABLE)
- A refund will be made in full if the cancellation has been made at least 2 days before the tour date, but we will keep 15 % from the total amount as a Bank administration fee.
