CANCELLATION POLICY
- A minimum of 2 days ( 48-hours )’ notice for cancellation is required to avoid being charged the full amount
- A refund will be made in full if the cancellation has been made Not less than 2 days ( 48-hours )’ before the tour date, but we will keep 15 % of the total amount as a Bank administration fee.
- Any cancellation made less than 2 days ( 48 – hours ) prior to the tour date, a full charge will be applied (NOT REFUNDABLE)
