The booking forms may vary a little from tour to tour, but all of them will have the basic information request, such as CUSTOMER’S NAME, TOUR, TOUR DATE, PICK UP ADDRESS, NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS, and DEPARTING TIME.
How To Pay?

- Payment for extra time or other expenses will be collected by cash either in IDR or in USD$ at the end of the trip by the driver.
Cancellation Policy
Car rental, sightseeing Tours, and adventure tours operate in rain or shine, or even in cloudy conditions. Customers cannot cancel a tour based on their own assumption that the weather represents a risk, or simply because they wish to do a tour on a sunny day, and still expect a refund.
A minimum of 3 days’ notice for cancellation is required to avoid being charged the full amount
Any cancellation made less than 3 days prior to the tour date, a full charge will be applied (NOT REFUNDABLE)
A refund will be made in full if the cancellation has been made at least 2 days before the tour date, but we will keep 15 % of the total amount as a Bank administration fee.
Good To Know Before Make A Reservation
- When registering or booking online ( Button “BOOK NOW” ) please attached the phone number that is connected to WhatsApp, we use it for daily communication to resolve a problem if in case there is something to solve
- Other expenses that happen due to the tour, e.g overtime or others will be collected by the driver in cash in USD$ or IDR on the day itself
- The additional charge applies to USD$ 5/Car/hour if the customer needs to extend the hour for any other purposes, e.g for shopping, for dinner etc.
